Terms & Conditions (Weddings)

• Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the wedding date. No date is reserved until the booking fee is received.
• Balance Due: The remaining balance of is due no later than a week before the wedding. The Photographer is not obligated to perform services unless full payment is received.
• Additional Fees: Any extra services or products not included in the initial package, such as additional hours, reprints, or albums, must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
• Cancellation and Rescheduling
• Cancellation: If the Clients cancel the wedding photography services, the booking fee is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within a month of the wedding date, the full balance is due.
• Rescheduling: The Clients may reschedule the wedding with at least three months notice, subject to the Photographer’s availability.
• Photographer Cancellations: If the Photographer cannot perform due to illness, emergency, or uncontrollable circumstances, the Photographer will make all reasonable efforts to liability is limited to a refund of payments received.
• Pre-Wedding Consultation: A pre-wedding consultation will be scheduled to discuss the Clients’ requirements, key moments, and wedding timeline. This meeting may be conducted in person, via phone, or email.
• Wedding Day Schedule: Both the Clients and the Photographer agree to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule to ensure comprehensive photographic coverage. Delays, disruptions, or changes to the schedule may impact the quality or quantity of photographs.
